Shipping
All orders ship free from our US warehouse, usually within 24 hours of being placed (Monday through Friday). You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves the building.

- Canada: 5–8 business days
- UK & EU: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world: 8–14 business days
Customs duties for international orders are paid at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
Returns
Use the machine for 30 days. If it isn't a perfect fit for your kitchen, email returns@soymilkmaker.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once it arrives back with us, your refund is processed within 3 business days.
Damaged in transit?
It happens — rarely, but it happens. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately. You don't need to return the original.
