2-year coverage, no questions
If your machine stops working for any reason within 2 years of your purchase date, we'll repair or replace it for free.
What's covered
- Motor failure or weakening
- Heating element issues
- Display, button or sensor malfunction
- Manufacturing defects in housing or components
What's not covered
- Normal wear of consumable parts (e.g. nut bag, gaskets)
- Damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modification
- Damage from running the machine without water
How to file a claim
Email warranty@soymilkmaker.com with your order number and a short description (a video is even better). Most claims are resolved within 48 hours.
