Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Prices and availability can change without notice; if a product is mispriced we'll contact you before charging.

Use our products as intended (i.e. don't put them in the dishwasher, don't open the housing, don't blend rocks). Don't scrape this site, attempt to break it, or impersonate us.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We aren't responsible for indirect damages (lost smoothies, missed mornings).
